 When we were ready to build an addition to our home, we asked friends and neighbors for recommendations.  Several people pointed us to Woodpak Builders.  We are so glad we chose them!  John and his crew delivered a beautiful two-story addition on-time and on-budget.  They never missed a day of work and were very respectful of our home and family.   John was able to give us some creative, cost-conscious design solutions along the way.

Throughout the course of the addition, John was the consummate professional.  He was very easy to communicate with and always attentive to our needs.  John chose and managed the subcontractors extremely well.  The quality of the completed project was top notch, and it was completed on time and within budget.

The following year when we decided to renovate our kitchen, John was the only person we called.  The results were outstanding!

When we set out to renovate our sunroom and kitchen, we met with several different companies and chose Woodpak Design and Build for a number of reasons. John Kozorosky, President of Woodpak Builders, Inc., listened to our ideas about the project and helped us design a solution that met our needs and stayed within our budget. John was very professional and responsive in all of our discussions about the project. He helped us work through a few different possible solutions before we decided upon a final design.

Throughout the project, we have continued to be impressed by John and his team. John suggested several innovative ideas and was able to implement solutions that other companies were hesitant to attempt. For example, John suggested using a new Mitsubishi heating and cooling unit that transformed our 3 season sunroom into a family room we can now use year round. The project progressed as planned and within budget. We are very pleased with the final result. John and his team transformed an outdated kitchen and sunroom into a modern, efficient kitchen that opens into a beautiful family room. It feels like a whole new house!

John and his team of employees are very responsive and courteous. John has well established relationships with various subcontractors who have provided key components of our final solution. We have been pleased with their work and impressed by their professionalism. The entire team of employees and subcontractors have been very considerate of our family and our needs as we have lived in our home throughout the project.
