About the owner

John Kozorosky, a native of Pennsylvania came to Maryland to find opportunity.  He established his remodeling business in 1991 and has over 25 years experience in the building and remodeling business.  In addition, he has a background of woodworking and lumber.

Building fine detailed projects is his passion.  Woodpak Builders, Inc. maintains a standard of excellence and service that has built a strong building/remodeling business based on trust and relationships.

John, the president of the company, is a hands on contractor who develops a relationship with each customer he serves.  The home remodeling/building business is based on referrals from satisfied customers, and at Woodpak Builders, Inc., we stake our reputation on our finished projects.
